Mango Passion Fruit Juice

 

Sweet, tropical, and incredibly refreshing, this mango passion fruit juice combines the rich sweetness of ripe mangoes with the bright, tangy flavor of passion fruit. Perfect for home enjoyment, family gatherings, catering, or commercial production.

Ingredients

  • 10 ripe mangoes
  • 10 large passion fruits
  • 30 g fresh mint leaves
  • 2 liters water
  • Sugar, to taste (optional)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Mango flavoring (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit

Wash the mangoes and passion fruits thoroughly.

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into chunks.

Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.

 

  1. Prepare the Passion Fruit Infusion

Pour the passion fruit pulp into a saucepan.

Add 2 liters of water.

Bring to a boil.

Immediately reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.

Add the 30 g of fresh mint leaves.

Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and allow the mixture to cool completely.

 

  1. Prepare the Mango

Blend the mango chunks until completely smooth. Can add water to blend.

 

  1. Strain

Once the passion fruit mixture has cooled, stir well.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the seeds.

Combine the strained passion fruit juice with the blended mango.

Strain the combined juice one final time for a smooth, professional-quality finish.

 

  1. Finish

If desired, add:

  • Sugar, to taste
  • Vanilla sugar or vanilla extract (optional)
  • Mango flavoring (optional, for an extra fresh mango aroma)

Mix well until completely incorporated.

Refrigerate until well chilled before serving.
