Instructions
Wash the mangoes and passion fruits thoroughly.
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into chunks.
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
Pour the passion fruit pulp into a saucepan.
Add 2 liters of water.
Bring to a boil.
Immediately reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.
Add the 30 g of fresh mint leaves.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and allow the mixture to cool completely.
Blend the mango chunks until completely smooth. Can add water to blend.
Once the passion fruit mixture has cooled, stir well.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the seeds.
Combine the strained passion fruit juice with the blended mango.
Strain the combined juice one final time for a smooth, professional-quality finish.
If desired, add:
Mix well until completely incorporated.
Refrigerate until well chilled before serving.
