  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (optional)
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
  • Ice, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit

Wash the pineapples thoroughly.

Peel the pineapples, remove the eyes, and cut them into chunks.

Wash the watermelons well.

Remove the rind and use only the red flesh. Cut into large pieces and remove any large seeds if necessary.

  1. Blend or Juice

Using a juicer, juice the pineapple and watermelon separately, then combine the juices.

Place the pineapple and watermelon into a blender and blend until smooth.

If using a blender, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smooth texture.

  1. Finish the Juice

If desired, stir in:

  • Fresh lime juice for a bright, refreshing flavor.
  • Vanilla sugar for a subtle sweetness and delicious aroma.
  • Fresh ginger for a light spicy kick.

Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

Refrigerate until well chilled before serving.
