Rinse the tiger nuts thoroughly.
Place them in a large bowl and cover with water.
Allow them to soak for about 2 hours to soften.
Drain before blending.
Break open the dry coconut.
Discard the coconut water.
Remove the coconut flesh and roughly chop half of the coconut into small pieces.
Add the following to a high-powered blender:
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Add the ice cubes and blend again until completely incorporated.
Optional: Add a small piece of fresh ginger before blending if you enjoy a spicy ginger flavor.
Pour the blended mixture through a fine cheesecloth, nut milk bag, or very fine mesh cloth.
Squeeze thoroughly to extract as much milk as possible.
Discard the pulp or save it for baking or smoothies.
Add cinnamon powder for flavor.
Pour the strained Tiger Nut Drink into clean bottles or airtight containers.
Refrigerate immediately before serving.
