Instructions
1Heat the pan
Warm butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter melts and begins to foam.
2Sauté garlic
Add the chopped garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, just until fragrant.
3Add mushrooms
Stir in the mushrooms and sauté for 4–5 minutes, until they release moisture and turn golden brown.
4Season and deglaze
Add soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce slightly.
5Add herbs
Sprinkle in dried thyme and sauté for 1 more minute.
6Finish
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
